  • Nice one, I think the outcome was never in doubt.
    VCS have now lost lots of claims in court for this car park, I wonder why they carry on bringing them.

    This isn't the first time they have had a claim thrown out by a judge due to the fact that VCS have no authority to bring a claim here, as it is a totally different company in Excel that have the contract to manage the car park.

    If VCS continue to issue court claims for this car park when they don't have locus standi, and also instructing debt collecting companies to chase and harrass people for alleged debts that VCS have no material interest. Then surely this could be seen as VCS acting fraudulently. 

    Yes are there are some strong legal precedents on separate legal entities.
