1. A letter to landowner (Greg Barraclough, Lambert Smith Hampton) to try and get a court cancellation.
2. Write to Robert Jenrick re Sir Greg Knight's Parking Code of Practice Bill. She said that if it's been given Royal Assent, it should just be a matter of time.3. Write to DVLA re how are they able to release personal data to a company that has nothing to do with the parking company on site.2 -

Hang on, I suspect that they are working very long hours in very difficult circumstances. In the grand scheme of things parking scams are very small beer. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
Update: Just spoken to County Court. Our hearing has been vacated to the 7th May. It's a 'paper hearing' (?), where neither party need attend and is decided by the Judge alone on the day. Our Defendant WS has been received. I guess the rest is in the lap of the Goddess now! Wish us luck folks!!2

Paper hearing ... otherwise known as "hearing the case on the papers" - the judge rules based on the documents submitted by both sides and without any oral representation from either side. You need to be careful that the other side don't ambush you with a late WS addition that is actually false ... they'll be committing perjury but the judge won't realise.4

Because they're required to serve on you their bundle , same as you served yours on them.If there's anything in there NKW that's rubbis, you have to NOW state that to the court. Don't expect the court to read their WS with the the same understanding you have as regards parking4

There is absolutely NO WAY you want to agree to that and it is covered in lots of threads.
Read the Telephone Hearings thread (even though you have not been offered one) and read the email I suggested people send, and copy the reasoning in that draft email about why a consumer is disadvantaged by a paper hearing when a parking firm's solicitor will swoop with a last minute case being made in their WS and you will have no voice to rebut any of their 'evidence' (at all, even the misleading stuff) if you let this happen.
Don't ask here what to do, please. It's already covered in the Telephone Hearings thread in a roundabout way.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

CM is right, anything but a face to face hearing can weigh the odds against you, you are not against John Lewis here, these companies play dirty. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
