Update:  My MP's ears must have been burning as I got this, this morning:

    "Dear XX
Sorry to hear about your problem and sorry to be slow in replying. I am currently hosting virtual surgeries to help constituents. We use Zoom for video conferencing. Is this something that would be of interest? We have some space this Friday and could chat for 20minutes one to one. I could get one of the team to organise a suitable time if it would be of interest?
    Best wishes,
    Olivia Blake"

I'll be booking that appointment and sending her the Defence & WS to peruse in the interim.  Anything to impress on her about what she can do as an MP, about VCS?

Are you up to speed on Sir Greg Dyke's private members bill?

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Ask her to complain to Robert Jenrick Mhclg because it's 13 months since the Parking bill by Sir Greg Knight was given royal assent and nothing concrete has come out of it yet , the delays are not acceptable

Rishi Sunak is fully aware of the topic from his time dealing with it at the Mhclg

Don't complain just because the BSI review has been interrupted by coronavirus!  Forget that.

Please concentrate on simply telling her about your own case and tell her that MP letters to the landowners (NOT THE SCUM  FIRM) have been known to end in  aU turn and cancellation so can she assist with a letter to the landowner?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Highlight the fact that the scammer is not the same company that operates on that site because they were replaced a few months before the date of the alleged event. This is a serious data breach and you have/will be complaining to the DVLA for releasing your personal data to a scumpany that has nothing to do with the parking company on site.
Ask him to investigate why the DVLA are allowed to do this.

I was involved in a Zoom meeting yesterday and it is fairly easy to use.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
