So had to go get the uncle a few bits today and got myself a nice bit of change and a £2 coin! Then took it over to uncles house and he had a letter sat on the side with half an address on and a first class stamp, he says it contains some gloves for his lady friend who moved as she can't get any, i'm trying to explain that there are all different types of postage now and he needs a large letter stamp, last time he posted anything you just stuck a normal stamp on and chucked it in the post box  I've taken it off him to get the correct postage put on!  He did give me a £2 coin to pay the extra though!

Potted £1.70.  My son is enjoying being back at school however strange it may be.  They have rules in place that we have all been told about regarding hand washing, room and handle cleaning, distancing when outside etc.  He does keep getting told off for not staying in his seat and when I collected him on Friday the teacher had a chat with me because he had given the dinner lady some backchat when she asked him to distance; I was mortified.  We had some very strong words last night and a discussion about how the dinner lady must have felt etc, he’ll be getting a firm reminder on Monday morning.  I know he’s only 7 but he’s so good when we are out walking.  He is the youngest in the class as he’s gone into a mixed key worker class of year 2, 3 and 4 but that’s no excuse for cheeky behaviour towards adults.  On the positive side I am enjoying hot drinks and peace and quiet in the house for 5.5 hours 😁. I’m certainly more productive in my work.
