Up early again this morning. Wish I could sort this jet lag out! I've never taken so long to get over a long flight before. Definitely wasn't as long when we went at the beginning of the year.
Still on plan 100% yesterday. Had 3 Rum & diet ginger beers for 7.5, an extra Ryvita Sesame (they come on packs of 4 but only 3 for HEB) 1.5 Syns; 10g hard goats cheese 2 syns, so ended on a total of 11 syns.
Today's plan:
B - bacon & mushroom omelette
L - spicy lamb burgers (2 syns for 10% mince); carrots, courgettes S; spices F; lettuce, cucumber, tomato S; WM pitta bread HEB
D - cauliflower cheese, chips - cauliflower S; cheese sauce (1/2 pkt) 4 syns; chips F
HEA - milk
HEB - pitta bread
Syns - lamb mince 2; cheese sauce 4
In case I don't get on tomorrow I'd like to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas:xmassign::xmastree:

Merry Christmas from me too!! 🎄🎁🎅 Off to WI shortly, not expecting a loss but going to stay accountable, sort of, plus it has been paid for already :money:. Enjoy the next few days everyone :A.

Forgot to check in here last Saturday but sadly gained 2 lbs. Cannot blame anybody except myself.
Merry Christmas everyone and here’s hoping we all make more SW progress in 2020!

We're having cauliflower cheese tonight too denise but as a side dish. I'm making a traditional cheese sauce so more synful but less than it used to be now that we have the second HEA.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks
L: LO casserole veg with pickles (S)gammon (P) with new potatoes (F) and cauliflower and broccoli cheese (S)
Syns: HP sauce 1, sauce? chocs? wine syns?
I've got most things prepped for tomorrow. DD1 and I have been to a crib service. I made the pastry before I went out so just got mince pies to make for DH so they can go in the oven with dinner.
I've also got the stock from boiling the gammon so hope to have time to make soup and freeze it.
I know people take different approaches to SW at Christmas. Respect if you're staying on plan. :A I intend to treat myself a bit on things I really love but not eat rubbish just for the sake of it.
Happy Christmas everyone. :xmassmile0 -
Evening all. Just popping by to wish you all
:rudolf: :xmassign: A Very Merry Christmas :xmastree::santa2:
I am hosting for Christmas lunch, lots of veggies planned, but the dessert is a little sinful. I have struggled, as I’ve mentioned previously, to stay fully on plan. Have decided this week I am treating as a holiday. From 1st Jan I am fully hitching back up on the wagon. There’s still family stuff going on for me atm, but am determined that once Christmas is out of the way (and praying it is uneventful) I can begin to refocus on myself a bit more. OH and I are planning to have a holiday late summer 2020, so I also have a target to aim for.
Thank you all for being such a great support, and masses of useful info and advice this past year. I am still 2 stone lighter than I was this time last year, and you’ve all been a massive inspiration for me.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Good to see you Sary
Also popping in to say Happy Christmas to everyone :xmastree:
