Love the Father Christmases on the sledges as decorations - they're brilliant!

Don't think DD1 has bought either Christmas pudding or cake so I should be safe there - the problem's likely to be the snacky stuff like twiglets and cheeselets, both of which I like but only eat at Christmas.

Have decided to weigh myself on Christmas morning to see where I am in relation to target and then decide how much naughty stuff I'll allow myself.

Have been on plan 100% since Friday and today should be too!

Today's plan is a Green Day:

B - overnight oats - HEB; Greek Yoghurt P; frozen fruit S; sweetener and skinny syrup F
L - Two pea soup - onion, garlic S; frozen peas, dried peas P; potato, stock F
D - chana masala and rice - chickpeas P; onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes S; spices, rice F
    S - Ryvita/cheese - HEB2/HEA2/3 Syns for spread;

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - hard goat's cheese
    HEB1 - porridge oats
    HEB2 - Ryvita
    Syns - spread 3; Maltesers? 6.5

The Christmas cake looks lovely tie. Good enough to eat!:D

I enjoy fruit cake and love marzipan but it's not that popular with everyone else so I've not bought a Christmas cake as I'd only have to eat it.;) We're sharing a small Iceland pudding and there's Stollen and M&S biscuits for anyone with a sweet tooth.

I'm slowly working through my Christmas chocolates ( 2 a night:o) but I won't have any more when they're gone. Crisps and cheese will be my other indulgence and I'm putting a few more syns in some meals than usual as a treat.

Today's going to be on plan though unless I have chocolates tonight.;)

I'm surprised you're ready for an Indian meal just yet denise. We ate so much curry when we were away that I don't think we had another for months. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, banana, skinny syrup (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO casserole with veg (F,S)
D: baked cod (P), SW chips, mushy peas (F), mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
    Syns: tbc

Chana Masala is one of our favourite curries and we didn't even get to have one whilst on holiday! Also when planning my menu I wanted to use up some of the stuff we have in the freezer which included some dried chickpeas I'd cooked a while back but hadn't used. Need to soak and cook some more in the new year. I find the tinned ones are too soft for some of the recipes I make.

I'm a bit like you with the chocolates Maman. Someone gave me a box of Maltesers just before we went on holiday so I'm having some each day. Will probably have another 25g this evening, although may not really want anything as I've got my 2nd HEA and HEB to have - crackers & cheese!

That's horrendous bubbs. 6 months for an urgent appointment:angry:. Can you call them and try to get an earlier appointment?

I've been trying to get hold of the appointments team for my operation since I got back from holiday but not able to get through. I've been waisting for over 3 months and I haven't heard anything! I've left a message for them to call me back but still not heard. Hope I don't have to wait as long as 6 months as due to go on holiday again in March!
