Agree with Beanie. No one on here who has joined online have had a good word to say about it.

And surprise surprise, they DID NOT result in me putting 6st back on overnight :D:D:D. I guess I feel in control, if anything, does that make sense?

It makes perfect sense PIB. Wise words. Sometimes we fall off the wagon by accident, sometimes deliberately, sometimes self sabotage. It happens. What maters is that we take control and jump back on. :)

That's right Karen. Most people who've posted here think it was a waste of money and not particularly supportive. If you did decide to go to one meeting, get the books and have the introductory talk then it would be easy to go it alone with the help of our lovely thread. Just ask if there's anything you need to know. :)

Visitors all gone, beds stripped and washing done. I've used the tumble drier. Not very mse but it was quick. Sorry Martin.:money: I sent them off with some bits of food so that was helpful too. Tonight we'll eat the last of the turkey and gammon and then meals can start to get a bit more normal. I'll need to do a shop and meal plan at some point, probably Sunday f I can scratch around to see us through tomorrow. I have meat/fish and potatoes, it's veg that's a bit thin on the ground.

We're out for the day on Monday (DGD2's birthday) and we always have a special meal on NYE and then that'll be about it. I've got a few of my chocolates to finish too.

I don't feel fat, but there's plenty of time for syns to catch up.;)

Of course you're missing Poppy. She was so much a part of your life and it's barely a week. :A

After your massive loss (albeit not deliberate) then a pound is nothing. You can afford to treat yourself over the holiday. :):xmassmile

On the subject of football, if you ever wanted to try a really inconsistent team try mine! Do you think Ole will last?

Your team are doing well :D at the moment ;)

Ole will probably last til end of season then it depends were we finish up in league and if we won anything ;)

Thanks tweets . It's a long time since we won two games in a row. The test will come tomorrow, playing at home. :( Ole seems to have a charmed life. Just as things are going going pear shaped you get a win and he survives. :)

Might be a good idea to start it from next week, ready for the New Year.
