    Hi and welcome :D
I very much doubt Chris will be able to do the chart as she has other priorities at the moment with her families health problems :(

Thanks Beanie. Wait for a new thread link soon.

Another early morning - I just can't get back to "normal" times. I don't think I've ever had this much trouble get back to normal! Don't think I want to do any more long haul!!! but who knows what the future holds.

Another load of washing going on today. Need to check the forecast to see if it's worth hanging out today or whether it's another day for the TD.

Ended on 14 Syns yesterday so am back on track.

    Today's plan:

B - fry up - bacon, eggs P; beans F; tomatoes S (forgot to buy mushrooms yesterday!)
    L - cheese salad sandwich - HEA/HEB; lettuce, cucumber, tomato S
    D - lamb tagine - lamb P; onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes S; spices F; apricots 3; almonds 2; couscous F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - apricots 3; almonds 2; weekend wine or maybe I'll have rum or gin - will see what I fancy this evening.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

I had to think for a moment what day it is! Of course, if it's Friday it's KFC. :D

Have you got enough syns for picky tea tomorrow? ;)

Thanks tweets . It's a long time since we won two games in a row. The test will come tomorrow, playing at home. :( Ole seems to have a charmed life. Just as things are going going pear shaped you get a win and he survives. :)

You were one of the ones that started SW online weren't you? :(

    Morning :hello:

Yes I started SW online and what a waste of money that was :(

Learnt more on here and unsure who but someone was kind enough to send me the books :T. Might have been beanie but could be wrong.

    We got Burnley tonight ,

I enjoyed West Ham - City match last night. Don't normally watch City unless they playing United but tv was carp .

I'm feeling really tired too denise and I haven't got long haul to blame. I think it's down to late nights and being indoors too much with the CH. We're out later so it'll be really good to get some fresh air.:)

I've found enough food to see us through today and then I'll do a shop tomorrow to see us through the week . My 'syn bank' wont be getting started properly until Thursday as I know we're eating out on Monday and will eat a bit off plan on NYE and possibly January 1st too.

I'm not hungry at the moment but I've got soup in the freezer for lunch if I feel like it. I was so organised I made soup from the ham stock on Christmas Eve.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg and bacon (P), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soup (P,S)
D: savoury mince (P,S), new potatoes (F), braised red cabbage, swede & carrot mash (S)
    Syns: weekend wine:D

i hope I’m in the right place now!

Weighed in this morning and gained 3 lbs I had a feeling it might be 5lbs + so I wasn’t too unhappy.

I blame the mince pies, xmas cake, trifles, sausage rolls, chocolates, bailey’s, prawns in marie rose sauce, bread :rotfl::rotfl:

i will be totally back on it after 1st Jan and planning to incorporate a daily 30 minute walk which fell by the wayside this year.
