Good luck. I think a lot of people are being flexible until the new year. I'm trying to stick to plan most of the time and trying not to eat too much 'naughty' stuff. Fortunately we weren't at home for Christmas Day so don't have loads of food which is off plan - just some nougat and Quality Purple Ones which we were given as presents.

Well I have googled how to post a chart with no success. I assume I use the insert image link? And I am using postimage.org to host my chart. Maybe ChrisV lurks and can give some pointers? I don't like being beaten by technology

Morning all. Weather is really cold and a bit windy so taking a chance and put some washing out. Can only leave it out until lunchtime as DH has a hospital appointment this afternoon but at least it'll get a bit of a blow and I'll finish it off in the TD if necessary when we get back from the hospital.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - P; S; HEB
L - LO chicken wrapped in bacon, small jacket, cheese, salad - P; F; S; HEA2
D - lamb chops, mash, cabbage, green beans & peas - P; F; S
HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned but may have either a couple of QS Purple Ones or 1/2 bar of nougat so 5 or 6.5 Syns (must check how many I've got left for this week!)

Hi everyone. I’ll be joining you again on the new year thread. Don’t know how much damage I’ll have done (until the 3rd when I next weigh in) but I do know that our prechristmas trip to South Africa, a whizz down to the West Country and then up to Scotland followed by the festive period will have pushed me way out of range.i know that because even my “big” clothes are snug.
TWEETS, I’m so sorry to hear about Poppy. I know how you feel but also know how a new pup helps the healing. Can’t wait to find out more/see pics but for now, lots of love xx
I was given the new PON book for christmas and am very much looking forwards to trying out some new meals.
It’s my hubbys birthday today and we have a Chinese planned as a treat - the treats seem endless and I am more than ready to get back on plan but that won’t happen until Thursday at the earliest.
I’ll be checking back through the threads for some menu ideas.
Catch you all later!0 -

Second day 100% back on plan here
, no more naughty stuff
. WI tomorrow which will be interesting but is already paid for with my countdown. Will be planning it differently next year, will be a Target member by then
and might have a strategic break in December :rotfl:.
Eating my way through the 19p bags of sprouts from T, I do my take of Brussels with hustle and include bacon, mushrooms and onion with the shredded sprouts, and lots of Worcestershire sauce.
Been torturing myself by looking at the Thorntons and Hotel Chocolat sales but know it won’t do me any good, so resisting ordering anything so far :money:. Hope everyone is ok. All traces of xmas have been tidied away here, still have OH and kids at home, so frequent grocery shopping required. Trip to Cardiff later this week once DD has decided when she wants to go back. DS drives himself, not sure when he is going back to uni
. OH is busying himself around the house but I know he is itching to get back to work, he cannot sit still for very long. Has just helped me change the duvet back from winter to summer as it was too hot :rotfl:.
Been having banana baked oats for brekkie last 2 days. Which is yum but than catches me out in the evening when I would like a HEb snack. Got grapes for tonight. Now do I sprinkle them with jelly crystals or not?Decisions, decisions.

Chieveley it's not too big. You need to make the first column wider otherwise the names will run into the 1st weeks figures.
As a target member I don't actually take part in the challenge but do like to see how others are doing.

You can put me down for 7 lbs.
Thanks:T
So I will set up the thread & you will do the chart?
