    Me neither.

Used far too many syns on alcohol last night so need to do a bit of damage limitation and only have a few Syns each day.

    Today's plan:

    B - SW fry up - bacon, egg P, mushrooms, tomatoes S; beans F
    L - tuna & cucumber sandwich - tuna P; cucumber S; HEB; spread 3
D - mini roast - stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon P+1; roast potatoes F; roasted onions & peppers; swede and carrot mash, cabbage S

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - garlic & herb soft cheese 1; spread 3

Hope you enjoyed your SW fish supper:D

Yes, we did. Unfortunately, while my meals were on plan yesterday (even took satsumas to the football) I had extra syns in the evening. I had chocolates and crisps which although I enjoyed them very much I didn't really need. :oIf I'm honest, this is going to happen for a few days more until life returns to normal.:)

I'm going to put Bolognese in the SC today as HM ready meals are a bit thin on the ground.

I've had my SW breakfast (scrambled eggs) and will probably have soup for lunch but after that I don't know. Were going to a birthday party in a wine bar that I've never been to before so no idea what the food's like. I'm expecting nibbles but hope they're not all beige.:(

Tomorrow we're out for the day so after breakfast I can only try to make wise choices but as it'll be DGD's choice of venue then that might not be so easy. :)

Saved a few syns at lunchtime - I used LTL mayo instead of spread so only 0.5 rather than 3! Didn't make tuna mayo like I usually do just plain tuna with a bit of lemon juice on. Was really nice, haven't had a tuna sandwich for ages.

Maman- Enjoy the party tonight. Hope there is something SW friendly for you to eat. As you said for your day out tomorrow you can just try to make good choices - I think we tend to when we can but not always easy.

Welcome back majorica. We're just like RL groups where you can rejoin at any time!

If you stick to plan it won't be long til you lose that 6lb. I put on nearer 10lb but that was including a 2 week All Inclusive holiday which finished a week before Christmas. Fortunately I was in the bottom half of target range so probably a similar amount to lose as you. Not planning on going to WI until 2nd week of January to give me a good chance of getting back into range!

Thanks joedenise, I was at target and I know I will be again it's just finding the inclination to stop stuffing my face with all the treats that are still lying around. I'm not going to be too hard on myself until the 1st of January as there will be copious amounts of food and drink on the table here for Hogmanay, then a line will most definately be drawn. New Year, new decade new me again.
