Sorry for lack of posts over last couple of days. Been suffering with migraine. Doing ok-pretty much ran out of fruit and veg over last couple of days so had very little speed but gone out shopping today and stocked up with some salady bits (which I like having on side of meals) and fruit so should be set for next few days. Just made Spaghetti Carbonara from SW website-absolutely delicious and a hit with my mum as well!! Will try and put pic up in a minute of it. Also spent some time meal planning for the week so hoping that will get better over next few days. Got first weigh in tomorrow-bit nervous due to the lack of speed I’ve had (although I have eaten significantly less rubbish than I had been doing) but hopeful that I can get off to a half-decent start...

Edit: having problems trying to do pic
Sounds like you are doing well, you may be surprised . I use postimage.org

Good luck for tomorrow Beth . :)
You might have a loss because you've cut out the rubbish until you can get properly on plan.

So pleased that your mum enjoyed her SW meal. It's so much easier when you have support and everyone eats the same.

On the subject of Speed : I eat loads of pickles alongside my meals like beetroot and pickled cabbage. Frozen veg is a good standby too. :)

I went to Iceland today (to buy a Christmas pudding :o). For anyone that uses spread, you probably only use a little and slowly. They had 250g tubs of Flora Light for 50p. I think that's good value and useful to have a small pack. :)
  • 3lb off in first weigh in. Hoping for a good second week and at least 2lb off so I’ll be in the next stone bracket.

    That's great Beth . Well done.:T
I'm sure if you stay on plan and up the Speed then you'll do well next week too

Sorry to hear the black dog is still yapping tie . Not long to the end of term and you can have a break. :)

I've been to the theatre this afternoon to see the musical Nativity. Because of so many children, it started early (to fit in another evening performance) so I missed lunch and wasn't tempted by the queue for ice cream. :D

    Today's EE plan :
B : NAS Ribena, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast , HEA milk for drinks
    L: coffee!
D: fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), tomatoes, mushrooms. green beans (S)
    Syns : weekend wine :D

A bit low on Speed but I'll make up for it tomorrow. :)

The KFC was delicious bubbs . It's only the second time I've made it and this time I used skinless thighs. Much juicier than breast, I'll do that again. I'm still experimenting with the mix. I think it needs more spices to potato powder.:)
