I have my sister and her daughter visiting from Holland from tomorrow for a few days. Planning to stay on plan foodwise. I know she tried SW but didn’t last very long, the latest is she turned vegetarian last week after watching one of those documentaries 🙄. So not sure my Campfire Stew planned for tomorrow will go down well. I’d better prepare a Plan B as well.
Bubbs, which chocolate are you looking forward to having over Christmas? Do you find your tastes have changed now in regard to sweet treats?

Thanks for the head up on the Ritter marzipan PIB. I'll take a look.:)
My tastes have definitely changed since starting SW. When I started I chose to almost ban certain things (mainly crisps and cheese) as I knew I wouldn't be satisfied with the tiny amount in the plan and didn't love them enough to 'waste' syns. Now I don't miss them at all, just enjoy as an occasional treat. By occasional I mean just a few times a year.
As far as my general eating is concerned I really love my vegetables and home cooked food. I often think about buying a fish supper or even a bag of chips but quickly decide it's not worth it. I'm very disappointed with some meals out when everything on the menu is full of deep fried rubbish or bread or pastry.
I had a couple of extra syns yesterday as I'd forgotten I had to buy full fat cottage cheese this week. I don't know why Aldi didn't have any FF, hope t was just a delivery blip.:(
We're out for a Christmas meal tonight. As ever, I can't remember exactly what I've ordered but I think it might be a prawn cocktail followed by a roast. It's a set menu and I may have said yes to Christmas pudding as I like it and that doesn't come round too often. Otherwise I'll have ordered something I can feed to DH.:D Of course, wine syns will be involved so no hope of staying within syns. Back on it tomorrow though.:)
Other meals today are on plan though.
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena (F), ham, eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L: LO chickenless casserole (S,F)TBC

You should have come out with e last night. It was a typical pub roast with heaps of veg. It wasn't the most sophisticated, all plated up and gravy already on but it was tasty. I gave my 4 sprouts to DH and then ate the lot!:D
I was right. I'd ordered a prawn cocktail and a beef roast. I gave my pudding (tarte citron that they called lemon pie) to the others on the table. So it was synful (normal roast potatoes, gravy, stuffing ball, pig in blanket) but I enjoyed it and didn't waste further syns on a sickly pudding.
I haven't done my meal plan yet so not sure what I'm having today. I need to use up as much as possible that I've already got in as I need the freezer space. Will post my menu later.0 -

Sorry for lack of posts over last couple of days. Been suffering with migraine. Doing ok-pretty much ran out of fruit and veg over last couple of days so had very little speed but gone out shopping today and stocked up with some salady bits (which I like having on side of meals) and fruit so should be set for next few days. Just made Spaghetti Carbonara from SW website-absolutely delicious and a hit with my mum as well!! Will try and put pic up in a minute of it. Also spent some time meal planning for the week so hoping that will get better over next few days. Got first weigh in tomorrow-bit nervous due to the lack of speed I’ve had (although I have eaten significantly less rubbish than I had been doing) but hopeful that I can get off to a half-decent start...
Edit: having problems trying to do pic0
