    Still here, just busy busy busy :D. Sister + her daughter back to NL, own DD home from uni 💖. WI tomorrow, fingers crossed for a loss, have been on plan all week and ignored most of the choc my sis turned up with 🙄, just synned the couple of small ones I had. Tree going up this week, DD will decorate it :). Wanna make some crustless quiches today, and get the ingredients to make synfree onion chutney in SC tomorrow.

    Well done to those staying on plan during this crazy month, so much going on and temptations everywhere. Just focus on what you want to achieve, one day at a time :).

    Wise words PIB. I know I'll have off plan days this month or rather off plan meals but I'm determined not to just say s*d it. Good when I can!:D

    I portioned up the braised, red cabbage for the freezer and kept some out for tonight.:)

    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS Ribena, skinny syrup, half banana (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
    L: cold pork (P), fried potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
    D: savoury mince (P,S), new potatoes (F), cauli, broccoli, red and green cabbage (S)
    Syns: 0!

    I dry fried first then put in the oven because it was so thick :D
