Evening all,
Bubbs your picture is amazing - well done!
maman enjoy Amsterdam. I'd love to visit, and have only heard good things about it.
PIB I've also eaten some of the Xmas chocs I bought, and feel rubbish for it.
I've been struggling on and off for a couple or so weeks. I don't know if it's the time of year, life getting in the way, quite a bit of stress at work/family life adding into the mix too, and just getting back into bad habits. I've not had my usual routine of shopping at Aldi either, which has really been my way of keeping on track, so that changes from this weekend. I have had a very tight month money-wise though, which hasn't helped at all.
I really wanted to drop another few lb by this week, as I have a school reunion to attend. I'm not going to be too negative about it, as I'm about +2lb from my lowest weight this year, but I do not want to creep back into a higher stone bracket again (I was only just under it!).
Good news is the new colleague I tried to influence to start SW earlier in the year is joining a group on Monday, and is feeling really inspired to start the plan. I'm proud to say it's from seeing my way of eating, and the foods I talk about having that have made her think she can do it, which is great, and I think it will really help to remotivate me too.
Will try to keep popping my head around the door, but time is a bit tight at work and at home right now.
Good luck to those attending WI.
SOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Where is everybody? I've never know the thread to be as quiet as it is at the moment!
Amazingly I got a 0.5lb loss - was definitely expecting a gain!
Definitely not going to be completely sticking to plan this week but will continue to syn where necessary and see how I go. It'll help that I'm only planning on drinking one evening over the weekend especially as DH wanted me to make a steak and kidney pudding when I got the steak and kidney from the freezer!
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats - oats HEB; sweetener; skinny syrup; yoghurt F; mixed frozen fruit S
L - spicy lamb burger - lamb mince (10%) 2 P; carrots; onions; courgettes S; salad - lettuce; tomato; cucumber; spinach, watercress & rocket mix S; mini WM pitta 3.5
D - steak & kidney pudding; cabbage;; carrots - steak & kidney P; cabbage, carrots S; beef stock F (18.5:eek:)
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - pitta 3.5; mince 2; suet pastry 18.5
Shouldn't be too bad to pull back the Syns over the next few days it's only 9 over daily syns:rotfl:

One of those guilty Denise, life has caught up & overshot me. Knew I was going to have a tricky week this with only one free day, but lost that and will need to bail out of WI this evening as I literally do not have the time. Feel like a beached whale because been off plan more than I would have liked this week, so going to have to be ultra good &careful this week. I think I now have one free evening before Christmas
Hugs to everyoneA smile costs little but creates much0 -

Didn't get the steak and kidney pudding in the end! Friend came in with fish & chips and a bottle of wine!!! Even more than planned syns but never mind I'm not weighing again until about 9th Jan!!!!
So it looks like s&k pudding tomorrow instead now! Beginning to think this week might be a complete write off but think it's going to be a case of good when I can and careful when I can't, LOL!
