Bubbs you look fabulous, amazing pix! We need these pictures to remind ourselves every now and again, looking in the mirror doesn’t do it for me
.
TMD don’t let the offending posters win! Your contribution to this thread is really apreciated and we all support eachother here :T.
Maman enjoy Leiden and Amsterdam. Being a cloggy myself I would be coming home with lots of kokindjes, a type of liquorice, I grew up on the stuff :rotfl:.
Denise I visited the Keukenhof couple of years ago, the display of flowers was phenomenal, beautiful colours. Not just tulips in all shapes and sizes, but loads of amaryllis too and those grape hyacinths in various colours. I thought they only did blue ones.
Beanie hope you’re ok and still plodding along.
Julie welcome and good luck.
OH back today. WI for me tomorrow, not expecting a loss, after meltdown last week. But 4 wks til xmas, enough time to lose a few more pounds! Had veg & potato soup for lunch with some added cubed chicken. Will probably have a light supper, quiche and some salad I think. Off out to get some grapes for snacking later, before heading off to airport. Damp greyness here for third day running, sick of it! Have a good day everyone.

Life has caught up with me and overshot  Doubt I will even get a chance to weigh this week, so just have to do my best, not easy when I will be eating out or engaged in other commitments that I will need to work around. Only positive thing is that I will be going to see my aunt tomorrow for dinner and she is happy to use the leftover creamy garlic chicken I have in fridge:D
Hope everyone doing best possible both health & SW wise.A smile costs little but creates much0 -

Been a crazy day for me, typical first day back on plan. I did manage a swim first thing. My athritis also hates the cold weather but swimming really helps.

Then nothing all day other than the other cereal bar!!

Morning all. Hope everyone is OK as it's very quiet on here lately but suspect everyone's busy.
Need to take my car in for a service this morning so plan may change around lunch as the service is due at 11am so may end up eating out but I hope not as I've got soup in the fridge which I'd like to use today but I'm sure it'll last until tomorrow if necessary!
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast - HEB; P
L - carrot & lentil soup - S; P; F
D - pork chop; mash; veg, probably cabbage & carrots - P; F; S
HEA - milk in teas
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned but probably ought to have some as only had a couple of Syns yesterday so pretty low for the week now. Have some dark chocolate in the fridge so might have some of that later.

Thank you Julie! Think that's the first time anyone has called me an inspiration, LOL!
I assume you mean 1/2 sun for your marmalade?!
Popped in to see my friend when we got back from the car service and ended up having a mince pie with my cuppa so I'm glad I haven't got any other Syns planned. Haven't checked syns yet but suspect something like 11. It was OK but probably not worth the syns, I'm sure my HM ones will be nicer but won't be making any until I get back from holiday and then it'll only be a few, mainly for DH.
We did come home for lunch so definitely syns saved there though so all's good.

Thanks! I 'heard' that! :eek::mad:
Just relaxing in my hotel before dinner so I thought I'd catch up on my phone . It's an hour later here. It's rained a bit this evening but not much and it's not cold (about 10 degrees). We're walking our legs off so plenty of Body Magic.
So far I've made quite sensible SW choices. Easy with hotel breakfast. I had eggs, baked beans and ham and a bowl of fruit. I skipped any bread or cereal so I could have some at lunchtime. I had a delicious wholemeal BLT bagel so I'm counting that as my HEB.Last night we found a good restaurant where I had a steak with a JP and broccoli. We liked the menu so we'll probably eat there again.
Of course there have been some wine syns but I'm trying.:D
