    Morning all.

    Today's menu:
    B Bacon egg and beans
L HM leek and potato soup, fruit
D PONs Chicken ham and leek pie, 4 syns per portion,(although it'll be mushrooms instead of the leeks because the leeks were used up in the soup!) cabbage, carrots and broccoli, roasties or mash.

Saving my HEB for a snack this evening.

    Have a good Sunday everyone.

Wish I had some lamb in the freezer to use up rather than another chicken (and there is still another one in there which isn't going to be eaten this side of my holiday! DH is moaning about having chicken again so definitely once this one is used up no more chicken hopefully before our holiday.

I need to have a rummage to have a look at what is left. I fairly certain there's a piece of pork shoulder in there so if I can find that we'll probably have that next weekend, although I think we might end up with loads of pork in the few days next week before we go away as I know there are quite a lot of pork steaks in there as my friend who is moving soon has given me about 10 in bags of 2 as she isn't keen on pork so won't be eating them before she moves.

Just making my soup for lunchtime then once it's whizzed up all I'll need to do is reheat it.

Took lamb out of freezer last night to cook for Mrs Sleazy today lol.
Will have to check how to cook it as she doesn't like her meat pink.
Will do it with mini potatoes dry roasted and some green beans.

Well, I'm starting again. After several months of being off plan (I struggle to get to group). I'm starting again.
I'm going to do it myself from home and would love to get some inspiration from you lovely people.
I saw a picture of myself a couple of days ago after telling myself I looked fine. I don't, I was horrified. I've had a good hard think over the last couple of days. SW is the only plan that works for me, so I'm back on it. Hope you don't mind me joining you

Welcome Julie to the thread. Of course we don't mind. Everyone is welcome.

From your post it seems you have done SW fairly recently so have all the current books which is good as there have been so many changes over recent years.

If it would help you'd be welcome to post your plans on here and we can help with any questions you might have.

    Looking good Bubbs. Well done.
