Morning all
WI with minuscule gain (.2lb) not bad considering I’ve had bread products which I don’t usually. Was on trip Monday, couldn’t be arsed Tuesday :rotfl:, first aid course in a tiny village hall Wednesday! So just 2 normal days for me. Felt exhausted all week too, hours sleep (or more) EVERY evening after work AND slept all night then still struggled to get up the next day
just glad it’s the weekend
Also very stressful time as I had to whistle blow a colleague so stressing about the falloutIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Very quiet today on here which is unusual. Had a busy morning and only just had lunch. Could easily have ended up eating out which could of cost me Syns I don't want to use today. Definitely too many wine syns last night and on top of that DH poured me a huge glass of port instead of just a small one so trying to keep low syn.
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up - 2 butchers sausages 2; egg P; beans F; mushrooms S
L - Mixed veg soup - S; F
D - Beef casserole (from freezer) P; S; F; mash F; cabbage S
HEA - milk
HEB - undecided but might have some Ryvita & cheese this evening
Syns - sausages 2; butter if I have Ryvita 3.5

Afternoon all.
Sorry for the absence lately! Well done to all the losers, those back in target and commiserations to those having a rough time generally.
Just finished a busy two weeks at my casual job so I haven't been posting. Where I work is miles away from anywhere so all food and drinks have to be taken with me which makes planning important. Weigh in shows I haven't lost anything at all despite this! I really do seem stuck at this weight - been here or hearabouts since March. 4 weeks to Christmas so I've decided I'm really going to go for it - I have 3 planned social evenings before Christmas, 2 of which have been pre ordered so I can plan around those.
Wish me luck!0 -
TMD your food pix look great as usual. Just looked up the Apple Betty recipe, think I may be trying it out soon
. I am full of cold and with OH away, I got the munchies the other day which was not pretty. Drew a line and am back on the straight and narrow again, but not expecting a loss at this rate on Tuesday
.
Oh well. Been productive today. Had some LO gammon and used some in a crustless quiche, and some in HM leek & potato soup. Soup all finished up, will have some quiche later for dinner. Also made some mincemeat baked oats using my HEb, and saving half of them for tomorrow, this seems to satisfy my sweet craving. Asda stock the mince pie flavoured Muller Lights currently, 6 pack for £2, half a syn per pot. And a real mini mince pie is 5 syns, so don’t think I will be having any.
Hope everyone is keeping warm. Really grey here and drizzly & damp, dog is still drying out :rotfl:.

Sorry to hear work is stressful again tie . It was only a tiny gain though especially with bread.:)
I've stayed on plan so far today but don't know what will happen later. It's a fairly smart hotel and canap!s are promised but it could just be beige food.
Today's plan :
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB toast, HEA milk, 2 fried eggs
L: JP (F), cottage cheese, ham (P), beetroot, pickled cabbage (S)
D:tbc
Syns : who knows?0
