Yep I was just like you, eating loads of food and have never been hungry or deprived and shocked whenever I get on the scales. Well done.- MSE Forum Achievements:

@Poundsinbucks
Yes they are called Elfy Selfies by Fox's confectionary. I got them from Poundland, however, I believe they are also available in most major supermarkets and Home Bargains. They are a multipack of six and similar to Cadbury's Animal biscuits. Not many in a pack but they are great for an evening treat with a cup of tea, coffee or options.

I agree with you however, I actually didn't have time for lunch yesterday as I was in back to back meetings, lunch actually happened when I got in and was cooking the dinner.I was thinking that your lunch doesn't look very substantial MummyR but if you're happy with it and you're not going hungry then it certainly follows the plan.:)
The weird thing was, I wasn't ravenous as I had a high carb day the previous day and still felt quite full. I am usually good and can assure you that today's lunch was shredded roast chicken breast brown rice and broccoli. :T- MSE Forum Achievements:

Good to hear that you usually have more than just fruit for lunch usually MummyR. I'd probably snack a lot if I didn't eat a proper meal.
I'm at the COPD exercise course again this morning so lunch has to be reasonably quick as we don't finish until 12.45 and it's about half hour from home!
So today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast (no spinach as I have run out:eek:, don't remember using the last of it!)
L - corned beef 2; bubble & squeak using up last night's LO potato, cabbage & peas; F;S; pickles S
D - Fakeaway KFC; chicken P egg P breadcrumbs 3; corn on the cob F; beans F; SW chips F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - 2 slices corned beef 2; breadcrumbs 3; weekend wine:D
