TMD fabulous result - congratulations!
Bubbs :eek bad luck with the tooth.
Plan changed slightly today as I swapped a small chicken salad for porridge & had some mayo (2) too. Then went to have my fruit and it had fermented overnight and was awful so that went in the bin. Was starving so had an oat bar, not sure on syns but will count it as (8) to be on the safe side.
Freezing cold again tonight. Hope you are all keeping warm. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Just back from WI and really pleased to report just a 0.5lb gain! Was expecting at least 2lb. I certainly deserved that amount as this week has just been so off plan.
I'd really like to get 1.5lb off next week so that I'm at bottom end of target before my holiday so definitely must try better this week!
Today's plan:
B - baked oats - eaten after WI - HEB; yoghurt; egg; sweetener; skinny syrup
L - jacket potato F; cottage cheese P & salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, peppers, celery, picked onions, pickled beetroot - all Speed
D - cuban beef (PON recipe) S; P; mash made with egg F; P, cabbage S; peas F
HEA - milk in tea
HEB - oats
Syns - may have a couple of rum & ginger beers 5 Syns

I was thinking that your lunch doesn't look very substantial MummyR but if you're happy with it and you're not going hungry then it certainly follows the plan.:)
I'm delighted to report that I went to WI today and lost 2lbs!:j That puts me back in target range which I hadn't dared hope was possible in 6 days.
That works out really well as we're out to eat tonight and away for a few days next week so I needn't worry about any gains. We had lunch at the pub we're going to tonight a couple of weeks ago and the food was great so hoping it's as good tonight. I did indulge in a cheeseboard last time and I might again now I know the pressure's off.
I had my lightest SW breakfast (Weetabix) before I went to WI. For lunch I had the same as yesterday (ham and veggie omelette with beetroot) as I want to use up as much fresh stuff as I can in the next few days.:)0 -

Sorry been AWOL again. Life just keeps getting in the way, and I have also missed a few weeks of weigh ins. Daughter having problems with her spine so we've been at the hospital lots.
Managed weigh in on Tuesday and expected a big gain. Was pleasantly surprised with only 1lb gain.Zebras rock0 -
Well done Maman. Glad you're back in target range again so the pressure is off. Enjoy your evening out and your few days away.
I have one more WI before my holiday so hoping for a good week to give me a good leeway for while we're away. I'm not planning on going WI again until 2nd week of January which is about 6 or 7 weeks so hoping after my holiday, Christmas and New Year I can be back in target range but probably at top end if not out!!!
That's good Kathryn as you haven't been able to get to group regularly. Sorry to hear your daughter is having problems with her spine and that you're spending a lot of time at the hospital again. I think you're doing really well to have had only a very small gain.
