I'm ashamed to say that I haven't had any Speed food today.:o

It's been an upside down day and while I've not had syns I haven't followed the plan either.

I've only managed 2 meals and both very similar. Eggs and beans for breakfast and sausage, beans and chips for dinner.

As we're away next week I've been eating what's in as I'm not doing a shop.

Tomorrow we're going to a nibbles party in the evening so maybe another strange day.

I think I'll have to go with the 'good when I can' mantra Denise . :)

    POET's day - P*ss Off Early Tomorrow's Saturday!

Definitely sounds like a "Good when you can careful when you can't" kind of weekend for you Maman.
