    Evening all,
:grouphug: for any in need :)

    Welcome PMarie

Congrats losers! Like you Denise I know I've bound to have a gain after my so off-plan it was positively outward bound meals of the past weekend, but I am determined to get it back on track with an angelic week ahead. I had a lovely weekend though, so not going to regret that.

    Food plan today:
    B - banana & Arla protein yogurt (1)
L - 2 x LO skinny sausages (1); porridge HEB with water & milk from HEA1 (the rest in tea/coffee)
    D - HM spag bol & cheese HEA2
I didn't get round to eating my pot of melon & peaches, so saved in the fridge at work until tomorrow.

Am trying very hard to make the food we have at home last, as I stocked up the freezer a week or so ago. Just need to top up on some veggies, eggs, cheese to get us through until next week.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

This was tonight's offering that I made:

    IMG-20191119-174758.jpg

Omelette with mushroom, onion, garlic, cheese.
    Quorn southern style nuggets.
    Pickled onions.
    Water Cress.
    Bit of ketchup.

Oh I'm craving pickled onions now. Think I'll have some with dinner tomorrow :)

I'm once again stressing about weigh in tomorrow...even though I KNOW I've stuck to it 100%...sigh...I always seem to panic LOL. I do remember having only small losses on week 3 before so I'm fully expecting to not have a large loss. I'm still proud of myself though. I met up with a friend who I haven't seen for 15 years and she had biscuits and cakes and panetone bread...I took one slice of panetone(weighed it so I could work out the syns) and one mini choc brownie and that was all! Before I'd have eaten the lot, not even kidding.
I've been feeling like I'm getting a cold recently so I made a lovely soup with garlic and ginger and kimchi and I felt much better this morning. (pic of today's soup is the same as yesterday's as I forgot to take one today because I had a message to say the chess club at school was cancelled so I had to rush a bit when I had been expecting to have that extra hour lol)

PMarie You can't have bananas on SP as they are only Free food not Speed or Protein. Also I didn't' think you were supposed to do SP until you have done your first 4 weeks.

TMD good luck for WI tomorrow.

Yes, good luck TMD . :)

I don't think it matters that you've not done SP 100% Marie you should get a boost from cutting carbs for a few days. I know Denise is right about the banana and I don't think yogurt counts either but you're doing well. :)
  • Sorry I meant banana flavoured weetabix :j
