Well done PIB Delighted for you. You'll soon see that 6 stone. :T
I find the parties with nibbles leading up to Christmas are much harder than proper meals as a roast is quite SW friendly. As you're in charge you can make sure there are lots of healthy things on offer. I think bubbs KFC would work well as goujons on a buffet.Well done PIB. I find it easier to stick to the plan when DH isn't around! He has a habit of putting alcohol into my diet drinks when I just ask for the mixer! Tonight I asked him to do me a tonic with a lemon slice and bunged a gin in it! So much for no syns today!!!

How could he do that!! That's dreadful! :rotfl:0 -
