Sending you a big hug tweets . Doesn't seem possible that a year has gone by.:A

Thanks for the chicken info bubbs . I'll give thighs a try.

Feeling very lazy today. I had plans to batch cook swede & carrot mash and braised red cabbage but CBA so I'll do it in the week. I've got plenty of Speed for dinner but not as much as usual Sundays.

    Today's EE plan :
B : NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L: JP(F), cottage cheese (P), spring onions, pickles (S)
D: roast beef (P). SW roast potatoes (F), carrots, kale, white cabbage, cauli, broccoli (S)
Syns: HM gravy 4, weekend wine :D

Just thought that I'll need to go to WI on Thursday this week so a short week and a smaller syn bank. :(

Welcome MummyR. Great support to be had here and lots of knowledge. Started myself halfway thru Jan this year, more than 5 and a half stone lighter and still learning :rotfl:.

NSV today, sz 14 jeans fit me nicely now, don’t need to lie flat to do them up :D. Hoping for a loss Tuesday after STS last week. I want that 6st award before the end of the year!

Evening all! I'm finally home. It's been a long and tiring weekend. Visited a friend, my sister, DD1 and DD2 and all live in different places!

The weekend has been a write off SW-wise!!! I think I've probably used a full week's Syns over the weekend so need to keep as low syn as possible from tomorrow until Wednesday!

    Today hasn't been too bad:

    B - bacon sandwich - HEB + 7 (large loaf so 5 for 1 slice + 2 for scrape of butter)
L - roast beef dinner - just a couple of syns for a tiny amount of oil
early evening - couple of profiteroles - 10 syns? made by DD1s chef partner - just couldn't resist
D - none as still full up!

Must be good until WI on Thursday!

    Welcome MummyR.

Well done PIB on your NSV, that's brilliant.

TIE do you you're OK and don't hurt too much.

Sorry if I've forgotten anyone - my excuse is I had a lot to read and can't remember everyone's successes/fails!

    Evening,

    Welcome MummyR

I hope your back is feeling better maman

TIE blimey, that sounds like a bit of a tumble. I hope the healing properties of biscuits has you back on track soon.

PIB fab NSV. It must feel fantastic, given how much you've lost this year. You're an inspiration!

Like Denise, I've missed a few days of the thread as I've been away at my bestie's. Have had a couple of meals out, off plan, but not stressing about it. Can make amends next week, and the weeks to come before Christmas anyway. I have a school reuinion coming up in 2 weeks, so want to really be on track and feeling confident for that IYKWIM.

Had a WI end of last week, and had lost my small gain, plus a smidgen extra with 1.8lb, so back under my lowest weight this year by 0.2lb... that won't be the case if I have a sneaky peek tomorrow I am sure. This week I will be trying to keep lower carb, and lots of speed where possible.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
