Have the next COPD course today. The exercises are definitely getting easier to do but DH and I are definitely much fitter than anyone else doing the course. DH has actually been running the "walking" bit since the first day; I did the first half running then walked the second half but I'm certain I'll be able to run the whole lot soon, probably by this time next week so obviously I am getting fitter.
Actually only had 6.5 Syns yesterday as only had one rum & ginger beer as popped down to see my friend so just had tea then - so a few more syns to spare!
Today's plan is going to be very high syn today!
B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast - HEA; P; S
L - cheese salad - HEA2 (P); S
D - that duck we should have had yesterday 29!!!
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
Syns - duck & pancakes - 29; P; S
The weekend is probably going to be high syn too as we are visiting family & friends prior to Christmas and no control over the food! I'll be good where I can and careful where I can't!

Hi Everyone,
Had a hectic few days so this is the first chance I've had to come on and see how everyone is doing.
TMD well done on your loss and SOTW, and great news regarding your son and the payments you've been awarded
Bubbs sorry to hear you need another operation, but hopefully it will sort out the problem.
I've had a good few days eating wise, and went to the gym again last night. My legs and arms feel like wet noodles today though :rotfl:
I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and see if everything I've done this week has made a difference. I don't feel any different, but I'll see what the scales say in the morning...
B- breakfast hash- diced potato, onions, garlic, spinach, bacon fried in frylite and topped with a poached egg. I might add in a LM sausage too. Can anyone tell me if they're syn free/the syn value?
L- Lentil curry with a bit of rice, will add extra spinach for speed, and maybe a side of bean sprouts too. I love them!!!
D- Going to try some HM KFC Fakeaway a la Bubbs:D:D, SW chips, HM coleslaw and salad

Hugs Bubbs!
Well, my Christmas prep only lost me 1/2lb, yet again. At least it was off. Very frustrated at the low losses I am achieving, have to keep reminding myself that the less I have to lose, the more difficult it is. On the plus side, the replacement jeans I bought a couple of weeks ago are already going the way of the previous ones, so my body is clearly telling me my loss is actually happening.
Eyebright, the LM onion & rosemary ones are free, others are 1/2 each.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
Afternoon all
TMD food looks good as always
Denise, hope you got on ok?You will be running a marathon soon:rotfl:
Eyebright, we have that too, post a pic:D:D
GTQ, a loss is a loss like you say, well done:T:T
Thanks eyebright and GTQ about the op, this will be the 3rd this year if i have done before Xmas, if not will still be 3 in less than 12 months!:oSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Pleasantly surprised when I weighed today at home.
Thought I would have a huge gain but not bad at all.

That's a shame about no daytime groups beanie.:(
But, at least you weighed yourself. That's a start. You could always follow the plan at home. Or if you can get back in range then you'd only need to go occasionally.
Running! Wow denise, I don't think I'd want to do running.
I went to WI this morning. Unfortunately I'd gained 2 lbs which just took me out of range. It's not bad as that's over 2 months. I'm great at maintaining. I just need to do a bit of losing.;)
I'll do my best this week but I know we're eating out tomorrow so it won't be easy. I can live with paying if I have to especially as we're away for a few days at the end of the month.D- Going to try some HM KFC Fakeaway a la Bubbs:D:D, SW chips, HM coleslaw and salad
That's my plan too. DH drove me to WI today and then we did the food shop. This was because my back's playing up and the medication makes me drowsy. Fortunately he behaved himself and we didn't end up with loads of extras in the trolley but it was strange as I'm not used to being driven around.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB Weetabix with HEA milk
L: LO hash (F,S) with ham (P) and pickles (S)Fakeaway KFC (P), SW chips (F), tomatoes, asparagus, tenderstem broccoli (S)
Syns: tbc0 -

Another one who doesn't like driving in the dark - that's why I go to a morning group. I'd stop going if there were only evening groups locally and just do it from home. I'm sure I could do it on my own but at the moment about the only time I don't spend with DH, except on the odd occasion when he goes to play golf but of course that doesn't happen much in the winter because he's a bit of a fair weather golfer!
Certainly won't be running a marathon ever Bubbs, LOL!
Change of plan at lunchtime got a text from the opticians to say our glasses were ready so went there straight from the COPD course and went out for lunch. I was very good and had a grilled chicken breast and salad, unfortunately the salad had no dressing on and the chicken was a bit dry as it was overcooked - the first one I went back because I couldn't even get a knife in it to cut it!!!! Won't be going there again!
Don't worry about only losing small amounts GTQ I got to target that way, all those years ago! My biggest loss was a whole 1.5lb, LOL!
Enjoy the Fakeaway KFC eyebright. I love it, don't make it as regularly as Bubbs does though, LOL!
