Reporting in with a 1 lb loss which is amazing as I have had a terrible week. I was “that” close to not going to WI this morning but now glad I did.

    Well done penny .:T

    Happy Birthday PIB. :A

Great news about the calcium level Denise . What a relief that you don't have to traipse to the hospital any longer. :)

Sorry to hear you're feeling so rough tie . :(

Football was awful (as usual). We went to Debenhams beforehand but they'd run out of JPs and most of everything else. :mad:They're useless at working out they'll be busy on match days even though they are closest to the stadium. We went to an independent cafe where they do JPs. When we got there people were eating delicious looking breakfasts so I had that instead. I gave DH my sausage but I ate hash browns and fried bread.

So today will be quite synful. I'll do my best at the beginning of the week but not hopeful for WI.

    Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porridge and HEA milk
    L: All day breakfast (F, S, P)
D: HB steak (P), SW chips (F), tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, samphire, broccoli
Syns : 2 hash browns, fried bread, weekend wine. :D

Just portioned up the burgers after open freezing.

Meant to say bubbs . They're quarter pounders so probably need to defrost before cooking. That's what I usually do.:)

At least it wasn't a gain Sleazy! I've definitely been on the fermented grape juice too much since WI day (even though I didn't go this week!). No more now until after WI on Thursday for me.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up as usual - sausages (2); egg P; beans F; tomatoes, mushrooms S
L - HM butternut squash and roasted red pepper soup S; bread 0.5 HEB
D - lamb chops P; roast potatoes, peas F, roasted onions, peppers;green beans; Brussels S
May have a hifi with a cuppa this evening if I want something

    HEA - milk in teas
    HEB - bread 0.5; hifi 0.5?
    Syns - sausages 2

:eek: WOW very well done Bubbs, makes my measly half off look a bit pathetic but at least it’s off :o

I seem to have misplaced my mojo if anyone spots it please shout :D
I know others have so much more going on ( thinking of Sue ) but I’m feeling very sorry for myself :( I’m in so much pain at the end of every day my will power disappears but at least I didn’t buy biscuits this week :o. Did find some chocolate stars which I’d bought for cooking with the kids but didn’t use :o only ate one layer :rotfl:

So struggling a bit health wise just wish there was a magic cure :(

    Happy Saturday all :A :p

Change of plan for lunchtime - we had cheese on toast rather than a toasted cheese sandwich and very nice it was too. DH had his on HM sourdough which he'd made himself.

Had some good news in the post today. My endrochonologist has written to my GP, copied to me, to say that my calcium levels are now normal so the tablets he prescribed are definitely doing the job. Have an appointment on Tuesday to see the GP so need to get another prescription as still haven't got a date for my operation but to be quite honest I don't really want it until after my holiday now!

Hope you find your mojo soon esmy and that your health problems improve.
