I seem to remember that we had a discussion about 'real' names a while back and loads of Kathryns (or very similar) came to light. I felt quite hard done by that I wasn't one of them.:D

Sorry you've had a hard day TMD . Hope you're not comfort eating? :)

Nope no comfort eating except for allowed syns :)

Made the SW fruit loaf today and it was so nice...I've frozen some so that I don't eat it all at once. The casserole and soup were approved of by the kids...I actually never thought I could cook but it seems I can. I had porridge for breakfast but was so sleepy I forgot to take a photo.

  • Oooooh is that the Fruity Tea Loaf TMD? Looks really good. I had lunch at a friend’s house today, she is also really into SW and had made several yummy things including PON Bakewell Tarts. They were so nice! Will definitely be making those in the future. Love baking and trying stuff out, current fave are mincemeat baked oats made with oatbran; I get 7 with my recipe for 3.5 syns + HEb.

    Poundsinbucks x :D

What's the recipe for the fruit loaf please TMD? Looks good.

DH is cooking a SW fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, beans so will be back later with my plan for the day.

  • Morning all

TMD that fruit loaf looks delicious. First week done and I am pleased to report that I lost 4lb. Really happy with that; it's given strong motivation for week two! Not sure what I am going to eat today. I'll post my plan up later.
  • Well done Kitty, fab loss! Denise, recipe for Fruity Tea Loaf is on SW website ;-).

    Thanks. I'll look it up.

Great loss Kitty. Have another good week.

Have had breakfast and it was lovely. DH always does the fry up at weekends because I'm not too good with frying stuff, I prefer to grill or roast/bake food.

    Today's plan:

    B - Fry up - sausages 2; egg P; mushrooms S; beans F
    L - toasted cheese sandwich HEA2/HEB; fruit after S; F
    D - HM faggots in onion gravy(from freezer) P; S; F; 1 syn; mash F; P; peas F; green beans

    HEA1 - milk in teas
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - sausages 2; Ryvita in faggots 1

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Denise
