    Well done TMD, an amazing loss!

    Why does real life take over, been really busy this week for some reason, luckily I had prepped food on Sunday so only had to either microwave or cook fresh veg, although yesterday had a yum dinner, melt in mouth sirloin, with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions & chips, thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Feel really bloated this week, so going with an open mind this evening. Would love if I could just pierce a hole & lose the bloat:o

    Beanie, you are the expert on orange smarties, how many to a syn? :D

    Are they not free:eek::eek::p
    Sorry, I have no idea:o

    Same as me bubbs - no more gadgets, just haven't got the room!

    I've been eating sweets today - no idea why other than they were sitting on the desk in front of me at the Travel Centre! Will have to look up Syns but probably 2 each:eek:. Will do the usual damage limitation Monday to Wednesday!
