Absolutely agree that 4.30 is the middle of the night! Beginning to feel it now but obviously I'm hanging on for at least another 4 or 5 hours so I don't end up getting up at the same time tomorrow when there is absolutely no need to get up!

Thankfully Maman the visas are sorted but the travel centre charge so much to do it for you and they wouldn't use the info I'd already input and started it all again! Still at least they're sorted - just have to wait for them to be e-mailed to us and then print out.

Have decided we'll probably have some wine after all tonight as it's been a bit stressful and when I jumped on the scales this morning it's looking like I've actually dropped out of bottom end. This really isn't good. Think I'm going to mention it to the Dr in case it's something to do with the medication I'm taking which the hospital gave me for my calcium problem. Do hope it isn't that though because it would mean going back to weekly fluids and blood tests at the hospital again.

Have a good meal out tonight Maman.

  • Beanie thought of you today, was in Poundland and saw orange smarties! Didn’t buy any though. But did pick up my freebie Thorntons selection box with 26 chocs! (Vodafone app) Have put it away for Christmas.

  • Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, and congrats on a very impressive loss, TMD. I weigh in on a Saturday will keep you all posted.

    Today's menu is:

    B - 2 Weetabix with 250ml SS milk (A&B)
L - Lean chicken breast with salad (mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, radish and grated carrot). No dressing other than balsamic vinegar
D - Ham omelette with broccoli, peas, sweetcorn and green beans.

Couple of questions, if I may. The Great british Porridge Company - are these OK as a B choice or do they need to be Syned? Also, I have a Yorkshire Provender Chicken Soup - can anyone tell me the Syns in this?

    Many thanks!

Thanks Esmy, happy belated Birthday to you too :D

My daughter works at Creams cafe so she is really good at making them-she actually made it at the cafe-just a plain one, and we added sliced bananas and strawberries and 1tbsp of choc curls (white choc dyed orange from halloween), and then I topped it with a Mullerlight yogurt and synned all except the fruit :)

Just looked up Great British Porridge, comes up with a selection of fruity flavours for 5 syns per 25g. And which 600g chicken soup do you have, cannot see just Chicken? 10 syns if roast chicken with veg.
