    Hi Everyone,

Please can I join you all? I've been doing SW all year and managed to lose just over 2 stone, before my life went haywire over the summer and I stopped going and lost the plot a little bit!

I've gained back around 6lb in that space of time, but currently can't afford to go back to group. So hoping you'll have me here. I have my members pack, and I know the rules to follow. I just need the accountability of reporting my progress back to others to keep me focused and on track.

I have around 3 stone to lose to get to my target that I had set back in January, which is a realistic weight for me to achieve. But I'm hoping to try and lose 7-10lb before Christmas if possible. It's 6 weeks away, so I think that's do-able! I managed to lose a stone in my first 6 weeks back in January!

WOW! That's brilliant bubbs; and you were worrying about whether you'd manage the 3.5lb you needed. You must be in the bottom half of target range now! Are you hoping to get to bottom end before Christmas?

Welcome Eyebright. Of course you're welcome to join us. If it would help keep you on track then feel free to post your menu plan each day. It certainly helps me to stay on plan (most of the time!).

If you stick to plan you'll easily lose the 6lb you want to before Christmas.

    Denise

    PS. We cross posted bubbs!
