Sary~~That picture feeds my soul.
Thank you for sharing.
I love the coast, especially the west coast because it's a bit wild. Would love to live closer to the coast, but two things prevent it money, and even less money
At least I know where I will be when I win the lottery though. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Have decided to go back to how I did the my mealplan earlier in the year and not have bread as my HeB (or at least not very often). I definitely see it as a trigger to keep sabotaging myself, and I know I can try to ignore portion sizes
doesn't get ignored when it comes to WI though!
So, today's meal plan:
B - banana & strawberry quark (2)
L - crunchy salad (iceberg/red cabbage/carrots) with peppered ham/grated cheese HeA1 & dressing(2); melon & orange
D - HM lasagne. Allowing (4) for the sauce & cheese from HeA2
Bolognese in the lasagne was made last night and I've put in butternut squash/onions/celery/mushrooms/tinned toms/spinach for extra speed
Hope you aren't too late back from your appointment later DeniseOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

My WI is lunchtime, and I watch what I eat for dinner the night before, plus just have a coffee in the morning, just to keep everything going 😊. I started in jeans in January, over the summer months switched to floaty dress, which I now wear with a jacket
, and then I change back to jeans after the scales at WI. Must find a more suitable winter outfit suitable for WI
.
Well what a day! Had a sneaky weigh on my own scales this morning which looked promising. I have changed things up over the last week, NOT having my 2 usual hifis as my HEb but switching to 5x Corn Thins with cheese spread and Marmite/Vegemite. And NOT having a sweet omelette every morning with fruit and a Muller Light but a spinach one some days with mushrooms and bacon. So overal less sweet stuff and only 2-3 syns a day after blow out Tuesday
.
So I lost a stonking 4lbs this week, getting me my 5.5st award, won Miss Slinky in my group, and got the SOTW basket as runner up as the winner had left! To say I am happy is an understatement 🥳🥳🥳.
Off to have some soup as a very late lunch and a treat. Made campfire stew yesterday, so that will be dinner for the next few nights (PON website). Hope you all have a good week :T:T:T.

If that what suits you then that's fine. All I was trying to say was that in a normal 7 day week (not like this one for you) then treats you have on WI day still count. You couldn't weigh on a Thursday and say my week starts tomorrow IYSWIM.
I'm back from my lunch and it was delicious. Starter (small chicken Caesar) and main (bubble & squeak stack with smoked haddock on top were fine. But we'd ordered a 3 course menu and while I'd normally skip the pudding there was a cheeseboard!:D It was a great range of English cheeses and some lovely, oaty little crackers. My HEA will have offset some of it but.....:rotfl: Never mind, I enjoyed every mouthful. I probably won't eat anything else today and I'm out dancing tonight so may burn a bit off. Back on plan tomorrow.
