How do you d your quiche? and how do you do pics like that please?
If you want choc have it, my sister has a small crunchie most days, think they are 9 1/2 syns
I did the speedy quiche recipe from the SW website but changed the veg and added tomatoes on top.
The pics I do with 2 apps-one called line camera, where I make the collage and add stickers and text(I use it a lot as it supports cool Korean fonts too) and then I make it square in moldiv as I also post it to instagram and if I don't make it square it cuts off the top and bottom too much.
I did have the chocolate in the end but really can't see me losing weight if I'm eating chocolate LOLDebts Jan 2014 £20,108.34

TMD your meals look yummy!
I always like seeing what others are making as it gives me the incentive to put in effort to make stuff too.
Penny I'm another one who gets to about 2 stone and then does the whole self-sabotage thing. I think it's because the weightloss really slows down to a plateau, and I also get complacent about the plan, or life just takes over. I know that to make it work for me I have to plan to stay in control. I am always one unplanned meal from ruining a day spent on plan.
I'm going to really attempt to keep things on track between now and Christmas. I have one weekend away planned, where meals will not be decided by me, but I will use damage limitation and attempt to make good choices where I can, but at least I am planning for it.
Well done for booking the 12 week countdown.
Belated birthday wishes for yesterday Bubbs, sorry I wasn't online to say so on the day :bdaycake:One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Yes you will as long as you are sticking to plan. I know it all seems wrong but just carry on and use those syns - it's what they're there for. I used mine today for a choc chunk cake - all 15 syns:rotfl: but it was good!

TMD, i think you will be surprised when you weigh in
I hope so...I can feel myself getting nervous with only 2 days to go. I went to my first group on a Thursday as soon as I got my doctor's referral as I was so desperate to start, and then Day 1 was Friday, so my weigh in will be after only 5 days as Wednesday morning is easier for me and means I don't have to drag my kids there as they're at school LOL
But 5 days doesn't feel like very long...Debts Jan 2014 £20,108.34

That looks like a good recipe, not too eggy.
I wish they'd put that it was full of Speed and Protein and that's why you can eat as much as you like.
You may not lose so much in 5 days but it'll soon settle to a regular day.0
