That example was muddled by them giving values for portions and 100g all in one block of text.
Generally you just put in cals, protein, fat and carbs and the portion or pack size. And before that they ask for free food which you do when it's the main ingredients.0 -

Sorry bubbs that’s you and me both. I put it into Syns Online which was no help ofcourse. I just use the SW app when out shopping, and if it is not listed, I don’t buy it :rotfl:.
Will take another look at maman’s post and see if I can figure it out too for future use.

Missed that too PIB. Absolutely brilliant loss, well done!
Didn't get in until 7.45pm! But partly my fault because I wanted to pop to TK Maxx for some skinny syrups as I've run out. The traffic was absolutely horrendous and we heard on the radio that the motorway was extremely slow from where we needed to get on right up until the next junction where we wanted to come off so decided to pop into Nando's for dinner. Was better than the last time we went to a different branch. Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the butternut squash, sweet potato & spinach topped with a minute amount of feta! The squash and sweet potato were rock hard. Wouldn't have minded so much if they'd been cooked properly but it wasn't what I asked DH to order for me! I'd asked for sweet potato mash. So definitely a few Syns tonight but I'm fine with that. We left the shopping centre (which is on the way home from hospital) just before 7pm so 45 minutes to go about 15 miles or so!

Would love to get my 6st award beanie and theoretically I know it is perfectly feasible before Christmas. But we’ll see. How are you doing now, did you find your mojo again?
