TMD You can make porridge with water. To make it creamy soak it first for 10-15 minutes before cooking, either in pan or microwave. I know it means you won't have your HEA for breakfast.

As you've now had eggs and don't really want them for lunch (although there's no reason why you can't! as they are Free and Protein!). How about having some Ryvita or similar with some cheese, pickles & salad instead. That way you will at least get your HEA and HEB in for lunch.

Just been out shopping and DH saw some more squash when we were in Morries and said let's get a couple more to have the same as we had last night! Although he's suggested we have mince with it next time, LOL! Men and their wanting meat every day!!! But can't see a problem with that for one of them but will stick to the spicy rice for the other one. Just need to rejig my menu plan again, LOL!

I have porridge with water in the morning. I use the hot water from the kettle, mix it up, and pop in the microwave for 30 seconds, it is lovely

PIB congrats on your loss and award. Just shows that those changes you made were the right ones, and amazing at such a big loss as a result. You've worked really hard and stuck with it (more than I could or have) so I admire your achievement. :T:T

Thanks for the nice comments guys :D.

Would love to get my 6st award beanie and theoretically I know it is perfectly feasible before Christmas. But we’ll see. How are you doing now, did you find your mojo again? ;)

No, my mojo is hiding with the orange smarties.

Thank you so much. It's this recipe https://group.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/spiced-orange-turkey-steaks.aspx

but I used chicken and cut it into smaller pieces. I also didn't have any radishes or watercress so used lettuce and added a salad.

DH is making sourdough bread today! I do like it but not prepared to syn it - I'll stick with my wholemeal. He's said he'll make me a wholemeal loaf tomorrow.

    Today's plan:

B - Weetabix and milk with a little vanilla skinny syrup - HEB; HEA; F
L - tuna (P) salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, pepper, pickled onions, cornichons, pickled beetroot (all S)
    D - Burger (0.5); SW chips (F); mushrooms, onions (S)
(this is what we should have had last night but as traffic was bad we ended up in Nando's for dinner)

    HEA1 & 2 - milk
    HEB - weetabix
    Syns - 0.5

  • Hi

Anyone mind if I join? Looking to lose between 3 - 4 stone. I've done SW before so know the ropes, but could use some support. I'm not able to get to classes...
