My food today (breakfast was porridge with strawberries and bluberries)

    IMG-20191104-200543-241.jpg

The quiche was so nice we had half for lunch and half for dinner. The pea and ham soup was demolished by the kids-they usually hate soup lol
Tomorrow will be turkey breast so just looking for a recipe.

I still have 12 syns spare... I could have a dairy milk 45g bar but it seems so contradictory to trying to lose weight....help

Is this really going to work when I am eating so much?????

Put a pair of knickers on girl.

I shouldn't admit this, but there is another woman in an office I go into... when we see each other we always check that the other person put knickers on that morning.... I am always covered... but she is always :eek::eek::eek:

Yes you will as long as you are sticking to plan. I know it all seems wrong but just carry on and use those syns - it's what they're there for. I used mine today for a choc chunk cake - all 15 syns:rotfl: but it was good!

    Evening,
I've been missing in rural Devon! Left work early Friday and took us about 6hrs to reach our o/night accommoation (about 1,5hrs from our final destination Saturday). Torrential rain all the way down the motorway, in treacherous conditions. We were shattered and starving by the time we arrived, and had to make do with fast food beside the accommodation beside the motorway/services nearby.

Had an hour's walk in the blustery gales on the Saturday on the beach. Reckon the locals thought we were off our nut doing that, but it was exhilarating stuff. Scenery was breathtaking too.

Stopped for a bite to eat en route back home (still in horrendous weather) and I had a roast pork dinner which was yummy. Bacon roll for breakfast earlier in the day, but grabbing food on the go isn't always on plan, so later it went to pot!

Back-ish on it today (not been able to go shopping yet so having what's available):
    B - Cinnamon bagel (9)
L - HM butternut squash soup; wm roll HeB
    snack - honeydew melon
D - HM burgers with SW fries & beans

Not enough speed today, but have already prepped tomorrow's dinner which is HM lasagne and that has lots in it.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
