    Bubbs The course wasn't as bad as I expected! The exercises were quite easy - to be honest it was harder on my legs than my breathing!

    The cheesy rice stuffed squash was really tasty - even DH liked it and I thought he might moan because it was veggie and nearly always asks where the meat is, LOL! Will definitely do again at some time.
