Denise sounds like a stressful meal and definitely not worth the money.

I'm off to my parents house today for lunch-I asked in advance what the meal was -chicken, potatoes, carrots and cabbage, oh and beetroot soup (I will not add the cream so that will be free). I might have to syn the oil for the potatoes if they're roast...not sure so will have to ask how they're made.

Had porridge this morning but have discovered my milk allowance is too much if using skimmed so will have a milky coffee tonight as it was quite nice.

Dinner will be eggs and mushrooms and salad with 2 slices of bread(synned as I already had porridge) and some cheese for hea.

Won't be able to post much until I get back home so hope you all have a good day.

I will, so easy to make as well, sugar free raspberry jelly, white vinegar, 6 cloves, 6 peppercorns and a bay leaf, but i don't have bay leaves so left it out. boil the vinegar with spices, let it simmer ,strain, make the jelly with it , pour over beet in sterilised jars.

Make yorkies, 1 wooden spoon of plan flour, 1 egg ppinch of salt, no idea on syns:rotfl::rotfl: makes 5 usually, i have 1, dh 2, freeze the other 2 for him mid week :D
