But if you eat the speed food, that is very low in calories, suppose they say natural sugar as well, but i eat a tonne of fruit, reversed T2 diabetes and got to target with over 5 stone loss.
Yet if i eat rice my sugar goes crazy, or it didSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -

I think you'd have to be quite exercise oriented to do mfp without being very low carb. I think SW is the closest you'll get to a 'normal' way of eating. But I would say that because I'm a convert.
I've never tried anything else though. I only gained weight once and I hated being fat so much that I just looked around for what suited my lifestyle best.0 -
My dinner-did it slightly differently in the end as I forgot to buy lettuce and only had some shredded already. Added stir fry veg and 2 eggs to mine.The salad veg is half the plate as it's all under the eggs. Forgot the radish and don't want it now LOL

I haven't had any hea today (I think I will have to have porridge for breakfast instead of other stuff as I simply don't use milk otherwise as I don't like it) and I don't feel like just eating a block of cheese randomly...is it bad for me to just miss it out?Debts Jan 2014 £20,108.34 :eek:
