    Chair yoga? That sounds interesting.

    It is good.
Just as it says yoga in a chair.
Just a different way of doing yoga.
You still work those muscles hard.

No it's the Hovis one so it's on the list as a heb-might just look like a huge one because of the angle-I realised that I didn't have any healthy extras on the plan for today so had to add one somewhere. I'll have a latte (home made) later to get some milk in for a hea

You must just have small plates! :D:rotfl:

What a lovely day. I have a charity meeting every Saturday morning & needed to go to bank beforehand. Started raining on my way, by the time I parked it was chucking it down, ran to bank only stop discover it no longer opens on Saturday so had to wait at cash point with rain belting down on my back while some idiot took cash out then banked it again. Was soaked by time I got back to car, not happy bunny.

Got home later than expected so was desperate for my breakfast, pancakes with strawberries & coffee. Now set up for day to do the list of things I need to do, have been piling up and I've not been home enough to keep up with everything, so on a blitz this weekend:D

    Keep dry everyone.

Was lashing it down here and i have these little beauties today
