Morning all-breakfast this morning ...not as much egg as I wanted but I only had 5 at home and the kids had to have some too so we split them...I'll go shopping later I think haha.

Lunch today will be veg soup so all free, and this evening will be Korean food
Pork belly (which I will syn) cut into small pieces and done in the George Foreman grill as I don't have a Korean style grill (yet haha), with lettuce to wrap it in, kimchi, stir fry veg, carrot sticks, cucumber, tomato, gherkins, soy sauce, and rice. I may also use a bit of chilli paste to dip the pork pieces into before I wrap them-the kids don't like it but I love spicy stuff. Oh and some Korean pickled radish-not sure if this has to be synned so will check the packaging and do a syns estimate thing.

Morning all. Really windy here but at least it isn't raining (at the moment although we are forecast some later).
Nice lot of Speed food on your plate TMD with your breakfast and more veg for lunch. You're really keeping the Speed foods up which is brilliant. It's what fills you up without loads of calories.
Dinner sounds amazing but pork belly is really high syn (9.5 per 100g!) but certainly worth it occasionally! Although you don't get much for 100g! and you're having a nice lot of veg with it. The pickle will probably be quite low syn but think you might have to put it through the estimator.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - 2 butchers low fat sausages (2); egg (P); beans (F); tomatoes (S); mushrooms (S)
L - parsnip and apple soup - parsnip (F); apple (S); onions; garlic (S); stock made with a cube (F) (Not synning the apple as there is so little per portion!)
D - out for a meal - have looked at the menu online and not a lot SW friendly but I'll do my best. Think I'm having roasted fig with balsamic glaze to start; Half chicken (will remove the skin as don't like it!) with sweet chilli sauce; mashed veg (has about 6 different veg in it, some of it Speed some just Free); and roasted veg (all Speed). Not sure about pud - I might not need one after that lot, LOL! I'm only going to have one glass of wine (I've downloaded a Free drink barcode from their website:money:).
Really looking forward to the meal out with extended family - think there are going to be 15 of us including DGD's boyfriend and some of his family. We're celebrating both DD1's birthday and DGD's 21st birthday - both have birthdays today.
