TMD Don't worry about Bubbs hatred of corn on the cob - I absolutely love it! It's one of the things I'm happy to syn with some butter on! If I'm short of syns I'm quite happy to just have a couple of twists of black pepper on it!

I'm the same as you with salad I generally just have some balsamic vinegar, or occasionally cider vinegar for a change.

My daughter brought back cookie dough from creams as she was supposed to be home to babysit and forgot...I worked out a rough sins value for 57g(measured on scales and actually had 56g) with the nutritional values which takes me up to 21 and will leave it there..(I'm allowed 25) ...I've done it right haven't I? I had been planning to have 2 crunch creams instead which were 4.5 each

That's absolutely fine. You're well within your syns and it's great that you've actually managed to use them when you didn't think you would be able to!

Just checked Syns online. Yes you can. They are 1 syn each or 5 for HEB. Not tried them myself.
