Yes, agreed. I'm sure I've seen 'any wholemeal' for a HEB written somewhere. I don't think the website is comprehensive in what they list. Obviously you have to be careful with the weight. Sainsburys do a lovely wholemeal small loaf but the slices (especially the crust) is far too thick. It's getting harder to buy a decent small loaf. Burgen seems to have discontinued theirs.

She was really miffed as she had bought 2 as she ran out of bread last week:rotfl: she couldn't eat any bread before as it gave her chronic heartburn but recently been ok:cool:

Your lunch looks delicious and bang on plan. Well done! Thank you!

In time you'll stop worrying about carbs and add those in too. Maybe lol

Did your children have the same lunch? It really helps if everyone eats much the same meals. It's less work for you, healthy for everyone and it's good to have family support. :DYep they had the same

Do you want something with your salad? There are very low syn mayos available or I like cottage cheese which is free and protein and a way of getting calcium. I actually like salad plain or with a drop of vinegar

There's very little that needs weighing or measuring on SW. Mainly it's just cheese and milk and cereal and then a teaspoon or tablespoon for things like cornflour. :)Yeah it's what makers me nervous about it haha

That's a great lunch TMD. Plenty of Speed on the plate and in the scrambled eggs. Well done.

    Denise Thank you!
I bake regularly, so guess I am used to weighing my HEb and synned ingredients to stay safe. Plus had to educate OH as well to weigh his cereal to stay on plan ;)

Poundsinbucks x :DI can't judge a decent amount of rice...should I weigh it to begin with?

Currently making dinner so will post a photo when it's done to make sure it's ok...you're going to get sick of my questions I think LOL

That's at home LOL I love my pink keyboard-I bought it because it has Korean letters as well as the English and because I'm learning Korean it's much easier than trying to remember which key is what letter.
