Your lunch looks delicious and bang on plan. Well done! :T

In time you'll stop worrying about carbs and add those in too.

Did your children have the same lunch? It really helps if everyone eats much the same meals. It's less work for you, healthy for everyone and it's good to have family support. :D

Do you want something with your salad? There are very low syn mayos available or I like cottage cheese which is free and protein and a way of getting calcium.

There's very little that needs weighing or measuring on SW. Mainly it's just cheese and milk and cereal and then a teaspoon or tablespoon for things like cornflour. :)

I did my meal plan and shop. Decided to have an easy dinner but BGTY burgers seem to have disappeared from Sainsburys. I bought some new 3% fat skinny ones so will report back how they compare.

    Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
    L': didn't feel hungry
D: burger, SW chips, mushy peas(F), asparagus, broccoli, mange tout, mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
Syns : burger 0.5, weekend wine??

That's a great lunch TMD. Plenty of Speed on the plate and in the scrambled eggs. Well done.

Absolutely agree Bubbs. As long as it's 60g it'll be HEB for 2 slices. The large loaf 1 thick slice is 5.5 and is HEB so see no reason why 2 400g wouldn't be HEB. Worth checking that it's 60g - might need to remove some of the crust to make 60g.

I bake regularly, so guess I am used to weighing my HEb and synned ingredients to stay safe. Plus had to educate OH as well to weigh his cereal to stay on plan ;)

Yes, agreed. I'm sure I've seen 'any wholemeal' for a HEB written somewhere. I don't think the website is comprehensive in what they list. Obviously you have to be careful with the weight. Sainsburys do a lovely wholemeal small loaf but the slices (especially the crust) is far too thick. It's getting harder to buy a decent small loaf. Burgen seems to have discontinued theirs.
