Currently making dinner so will post a photo when it's done to make sure it's ok...you're going to get sick of my questions I think LOL

We won't get sick of the questions as we all know SW works for us and want it to work for you. :)

Not having to measure /weigh much stuff is one of the advantages of SW (which I believe WW have copied in recent years).

That's great that your children ate a healthy lunch. :T

Ooh very perceptive... I've been learning Korean since 2017 because my kids introduced me to Kpop and I just fell in love with it, and then fell in love with the language and country and food when I went there(my daughter surprised me with a flight)...and now I have a Korean bf (long distance relationship...sigh)...and I want to be a lot slimmer when I see him in August...LOL

It is a beautiful country, full of wonderful people, and will have one extra one in August!

You have time to take steps forward and steps backwards before reaching August :rotfl::rotfl:

This thread is so wonderful, they are all so kind, you will make amazing progress. Are you do any exercise? I need to get myself walking daily again, as it really does help. :o
