My Korean pickled radish is 16.5 syns per 100g!!! Guess I'll be having a tiny amount lol. I have no idea how heavy it weighs so I'll weigh out the amount I would like to have later and check the weight and actual syns

Maman there are several sweet and sour recipes on the website - ranging from Free to 2 Syns per portion. I'd be inclined to do as bubbs does but with a home made sauce and then just stir fresh pineapple in, if you have it. Although at 2 syns a portion with tinned pineapple it's worth doing that.

TMD 100g of pickles is quite a lot - generally the syns online show how many syns per Tbs, so 15ml which I find it usually enough. A Tbs of this works out at 2.5 syns per Tbs. Hope that helps.

Only had the soup for lunch and will have the cheese salad wrap later, probably about 4pm to tide me over until tonight.

This is a huge chuck of Korean radish that you cut a piece off and then cut into small chunks so will weigh it and see

  • What a lovely day. I have a charity meeting every Saturday morning & needed to go to bank beforehand. Started raining on my way, by the time I parked it was chucking it down, ran to bank only stop discover it no longer opens on Saturday so had to wait at cash point with rain belting down on my back while some idiot took cash out then banked it again. Was soaked by time I got back to car, not happy bunny.

Got home later than expected so was desperate for my breakfast, pancakes with strawberries & coffee. Now set up for day to do the list of things I need to do, have been piling up and I've not been home enough to keep up with everything, so on a blitz this weekend:D

    Keep dry everyone.

I didn't notice a sandwich on your meal plan TMD . If it's a large loaf then that will be 6 more syns on top of the HEB to add to today's total.

Change of plan here. I forgot I had some LO greens in the fridge so made a veggie omelette for lunch. I'll Google a few recipes but I don't have any fresh pineapple today so I'll have to use what I've got.

Last night's Sainsbury's 3% burgers were OK but not as good as the previous BGTY ones. OK in a hurry but I must make some of my own again.

No it's the Hovis one so it's on the list as a heb-might just look like a huge one because of the angle-I realised that I didn't have any healthy extras on the plan for today so had to add one somewhere. I'll have a latte (home made) later to get some milk in for a hea
