You could syn some bread?only if you are hungry though, but there is calcium in lots of things

I thought you had planned a latte?
It really won't matter if you miss a HEX but try not to do it too often unless you have calcium in other ways. I'd suggest you do a meal plan for the coming week and as you know you don't like milk then plan in cheese in omelettes or sandwiches or as Parmesan on pasta or whatever.
I remember an area manager visiting our group and saying that it wasn't essential to have HEXs. We were shocked but as she said, although they're healthy they are extras so not essential but just there to make sure we have enough calcium and fibre.0 -
