I will, so easy to make as well, sugar free raspberry jelly, white vinegar, 6 cloves, 6 peppercorns and a bay leaf, but i don't have bay leaves so left it out. boil the vinegar with spices, let it simmer ,strain, make the jelly with it , pour over beet in sterilised jars.

Make yorkies, 1 wooden spoon of plan flour, 1 egg ppinch of salt, no idea on syns:rotfl::rotfl: makes 5 usually, i have 1, dh 2, freeze the other 2 for him mid week :D

Don't you add any liquid like milk or water to the Yorkshire batter? :) Your recipe is probably less than a syn.... depending on how big your spoon is! :D

I'm no gardener but I have 2 (decorative) bay trees so I can pick leaves whenever I want. I've sometimes taken a pack of leaves for the SoW basket at our group. :)

Oh yes a drop of water, have never used milk in yorkies, just a normal sized wooden spoon

I very occasionally make small yorkies using equal quantities by volume of egg, plain flour and water. This makes 9 small yorkies (fairy cake sized tin) at 1 syn each. Or if you use proper yorkie tins makes 4 at 2.25 each.

I've got a bay tree in a pot in the garden and I've never thought of picking some to put in the SOW basket. That's a good idea. Do you dry them or take fresh ones?

I generally wash them and leave to dry out before taking them to group. It's very :money: both for me and it's very cheap compared to what a pack of bay leaves cost in a shop. :)

Yesterday's food looks good TMD, plenty of Speed. Reckon you should get a good loss this week if you continue this way.

I have to start a pulmonary rehabilitation course today - it's just another name for an exercise class! Have to go twice a week for 1.5 hours but only about an hour of that is exercising the rest is talking about how to manage my breathing and improving my diet! I don't think they'll get anywhere on the diet front!!! SW works for me so I'm not being told not to do it.

I'm having an unintentional Green Day today!

    B - 3 scrambled eggs (P) and spinach (S) on toast (HEB)
L - jacket potato (F); beans (F); salad - lettuce; cucumber, spring onions, pepper, tomato (S). Might also have some pickles depending on how hungry I feel!
D - cheesy rice stuffed squash - squash; onion, garlic tomatoes, spinach (S); dried spices, basmati & wild rice (F); stock (F); cheese (HEA2). This is a recipe from the Nov/Dec magazine.

    HEA1 - milk in drinks
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread

Can have another HEB if I need it but doubt I will as have plenty of fruit to snack on if needed.

    Denise
