Thankyou. I'm leaving my signature for a few weeks as although I think we have paid some off we have our final bit of works (for now) due next week and I'm not 100% sure I have enough set aside in the house pot. Soon find out eh. Then it will be a case of draw a line in the sand and knuckle down for a bit before we commit to anything else

And I managed to keep the gas and electricity under 30 quid again last week so I was happy.

So I'm determined to get back on the debt busting band wagon. Tilly tallies done, all main accounts ending in zero and debt totals updated on my spreadsheet. Having an absolute nightmare with dh intrum account who claim not to have received his payments and have come up with a new reference number that we didn't seem to have before. I was perfectly fine with the debt I had with them so hoping it's just a blip.

Accounts ending in zero. I've signed onto June's grocery budget and I'm ready to knuckle down. Raining and pouring here so plans of a nearby BBQ might be ruled out but will figure something else out if needs be.

So scores on the doors time.
    E fund 2.00 ooops
    Debts
Dh 2674 and 4592 on dmp and 929 and 1572 otherwise
Me 2350 int free and 2879 int free.

    Total debts 15196.

    Mortgage 75179.

First target go sub 15k and sub 75k. And get some e fund back

2 of dh debts accruing interest so unsure whether to money shuffle so we can pay down quicker and not waste money on interest. Will see how the joint account works out I suppose.

Tilly tallies done. Not sure of our plans today. Been invited out but not sure we can justify more spends at moment so will wait and see. Had loads of sunshine yesterday so got washing up to date. Not done gas and electricity readings yet, have had a lazy morning so far. We have all been off and have charged hand tools this week so not expecting a cheap reading this time :)

Gas 12 and a bit pounds and electricity 25 pounds odd.  I've not been as strict this week as other things on my mind and also weather not as good and all at home all week. my direct debit goes out tomorrow and I'm technically 35 p in debt until it clears. I call that a break even /win!

Tilly tallies done and 0% deals found for all dh debt now. In theory all debt will be 0% for at least 6 months now. Will be a few random bits to pay off here and there to get the original cards fully empty but I won't know exact amounts till all the swaps are complete. Paying transfer fees was a pain but it was less than a months interest so it's a gain in the end. My last default is off in October so I'm hoping to have the option of a longer deal by Xmas time.
And my emergency fund is now back up to a fiver :)
