Maybe make a few changes: -
Firstly, it It should be noted that there were was no clear visible signage with no prohibiting parking.
The estate has a lot of shops and there is no restricted parking there which I have noted during my many visits. I have visited that estate my times
As it happened this event occurred in 2017, according to the letter I received from Gladstone solicitors, I don’t even remember when this was this particular occasion. as I often visited that estate to shop and have never have previously  had an issue. Only earlier Early in 2020, when I went there to get have my phone repaired, I noticed that the council have had put a pay and display area well before the estate starts and I was happy to park there and pay for 1 hour before visiting the estate.

As posted by Umkomaas 23rd December there is a link in the Newbies sticky - (and evidence is required):-

"WITNESS STATEMENT - EASY STAGE - YOUR 'STORY' & EVIDENCE
A current good example of a Witness Statement:

This is a simple stage. Adapt that WS. Copy the style of index and how the photos are presented, and a lot of the wording, just putting your own narrative in your own words as the first few points. There is also a Costs Assessment shown there (and his defence, if you are at that earlier stage but reading ahead)."
