@Coupon-mad as per your suggestion above I also looked at  @jrhys WS. Do you think I should follow that example?

There appears to be no mention in your Witness Statement about what this case is all about.

You have mentioned signs several times. Are you going to show pictures of any of them - or the lack of them?

You mention exhibits in your preamble, yet have not referred to any.

Where is the 'fully detailed costs assessment (exhibit  JS-05)'?
    Why is it labelled JS-05?

Don't forget to add the Statement of Truth.

You mention your exhibits out of number order, which is odd to read and follow.  Surely you need to reference JS-01 first, when talking about signage, then JS-02, etc, etc.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have amended the WS above with your suggestions, please have another look if its ready ? Also can you please confirm if I ned to add the complaint  to SRA into WS regarding the incorrect date information?

From point 9 to 16 do I need to add other case examples to prove my pointer is that not needed?

    thanks

This is your one and only opportunity to provide any evidence you have.

With that in mind, would para 6 look better as:
    6.     I have the image of the big signage that only had names of the business within the estate - see exhibit JSnn.
    - where JS are your initials and nn is a sequential number of one of your exhibits.
Although having said that, I'm not sure what point you are making there.

@KeithP In the WS above I have removed the word exhibit as I am yet to add the images.
The point is highlighting that I have evidence of the display signage board that was outside the estate with no mention was NO parking signs ?

Can you confirm if points 9 till 16 are relevant?

    Thanks
