I can't find the details of where I need to submit the WS ?do I just email it over now ?0 -
Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back.
'Every other party' is the court and the claimant. Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence together with your summary costs assessment.1 -

In this letter it says is the claimant pays by 24th april. Is there a way to chk if the case is going ahead or not. They r not answering calls or responding to emails.
Thanks0 -

Have actioned and responded to above, nowhere does it say about submitting ws0 -
You won't be told when the Claimant pays the hearing fee.IKG said:

In the absence of any other information you must assume the hearing will take place.

No sorry.IKG said:thanks @KeithP
one last thing, I have love dat all the odds and unable to find information on how to submit the WS, any pointers?
In these days of telephone hearings you must ensure you read and follow the instructions given to you by the court.
Your thread is much too long for me to look back and see if you have shown us those instructions.1 -
I am also looking through the defence we wrote, will that also help?

Why not prepare your WS and evidence now (tomorrow) on the assumption it must be in by 14 days before (i.e. Monday) then ring the court first thing that day to check where to email your WS & evidence and costs assessment. A recent example WS is in the thread by @jrhys that shows you how to set it all out and it includes Excel v Wilkinson, which explains from a Judge who is now a Senior Circuit Judge, why a PPC can't add false sums on top of an already almost doubled parking charge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
